Theתורן for the highest flag in Israel was installed in ashdod port and promotes those coming to the port from both land and sea.
It is 42 metres high and has been installed on a 10-foot concrete base so the full height is 150 feet. It has a 15*10m national flag installed on it.
Inתורן the raising and lowering of the flag is carried out using an electric motor,תורן the mast was added two unique elements – one: a mechanism that allows the flag toתורן around the 360 degree mast without the fabric passing out on the mast pole, and the other – an electronic mechanism attached to a wind meter that activates the engine and automatically lowers the flag during a very strong wind.
